Seguramente su duda viene de que en Nexus parentemente debes pagar para crear una cuenta y poder descargar mods desde ahí. Pero no es así. En la página de registro, dónde te ponen las opciones de pago, lo único que debes hacer es bajar abajo del todo la página y hacer clic en Create Account sin haber seleccionado ninguna opción de pago.
